In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Right of refund does not apply to companies.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. It should be undamaged, unused, clean and packed in original packaging with all associated accessories, parts, labels and manual.
Uncollected consignment is not considered as a refund case.
Since the customer should pay the return shipping cost, we will not send a return shipping label.
Here's how to use your right of refund:
1- Send a message to us for an approval before returning the item. You must return the item to us no later than 14 days after the day you have notified us that you will use the right of return.
2- If you have opened and examined the product, pack it carefully first in the original packaging and then in a suitable transport packaging (box, bubble bag, etc.) that protects the product well. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received the product.
3- Notice! Write your name and order number on the transport packaging. This is necessary for us to be able to identify your order and process the return.
4- Send the return to:

5- The return will be processed within 3-10 days after we receive it. Then we approve the refund to the payee (eg Klarna). The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
It is important that the original packaging is not damaged, so avoid writing on the original packaging or pasting on tape.
If the product or the packaging is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a full refund and a price deduction of at least 30% of the product's value can be made upon refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse refund if the returned product or its packaging is not in salable condition.
