Return fee: A deduction of 99 SEK will be applied to cover handling and administrative costs from the total refund amount upon return. Claims and defective products: For defective or incorrect products, the 99 SEK return fee does not apply. Conditions for returns: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. The product must be unused, clean, and in good condition to qualify for a return. Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
